Hilary and Haylie - Scary Outfits!
Hilary and Haylie Duff’s Halloween Costumes were NOT FLATTERING at all! What were they thinking! I am definately a fan of Hilary but come on she would have looked way cuter in anything else, must be her rocker boyfriend who inspired this grungy looking outfit. Seems like Haylie and Lindsay Lohan copied eachother and wore 80’s workout gear for Halloween.. what a shame! I suppose since Hilary is a sweet girl, that we could not have her dressing up as a skank, stripper etc like all the other famous stars!
