Here is the new Video for Hilary Duff’s hot new song Stranger. I have to say this is one sizzling video! Here little gypsy outfit is very very sexy. She said she wrote the song about her parents, but how could we all not think it is about Joel Madden. Her video even seems that way. I guess that’s how you have to work it! So work it girl! We love drama!
