Wednesday, July 4th, 2007Apparently Avril Lavigne stole the song Girlfriend from the Rubinoos song “I Wanna Be Your Boyfriend,” released in 1979..
I tried to find the song on youtube so I could have a quick listen but it wasn’t on there. Hopefully someone will upload it shortly so I can hear it!
