Ashlee Simpson was on the ‘Hot 99.5 with Kane in the morning’ radio station and many listeners got an earful of giggles!

Ashlee was asked to explain her new songs and this is what she said:

“The best line in the song is uh…you know…the come over line….uh…um…it’s pretty genius…it’s um…i’m not over it so come over…um….pretty genius….the girl kind of thing…..um….ehehehehehehe“

She must have been on some kind of illegal substance because that isn’t even a answer to the question. I am sure she smokes many joints with her rocker boyfriend. They both seem like ‘the type’.. I think celebrities should start getting a smack down when they get busted for drugs, or they have to be randomly tested during concerts etc. We can’t have role models teaching young children it is cool to do drugs. Being in the public eye should have responsibilities. You can’t go to work high, so why should celebrities be able to?

Her rep actually denied the claim she was drunk or high saying she was just tired..

“Ashlee was absolutely not intoxicated this morning on Hot 99.5. She has been working extremely hard traveling across the country to promote her upcoming new album by performing at night and waking up very early the next day to do radio interviews in the morning - like any of us would be - she was simply just tired.”
