Hilary Duff , What an outfit
She must have put quite a bit of thought into her shopping outfit, notice she has not one but two scarves. Her bag, shoes and sweater complete the look. Here she was snapped by the paparazzi at Vons in LA yesterday. She seems to suit leggings a wee bit more than Lindsay, at least I think so!
