Lindsay Lohan Files A Motion
Samantha Ronson is suing her previous attorney, Martin Garbus, for malpractice after losing the defamation case against celebrity blogger Perez Hilton. Perez alleged that Lindsay’s 2007 arrest for cocaine possession was all Sam’s fault.
Now it seems that the attorney wants to question Lindsay and she has some concerns about that, so much so that Lindsay filed a motion yesterday and made several requests some of which include:
-asking for an alternate location to give her deposition.
-minimal witnesses present when she gives her testimony.
-sealed transcript
-does not want to be video-taped
Lindsay is concerned because Garbus intends to question her “about the details of the drugs allegedly found in the car and of her alleged romantic relationship with Ronson.”
When he does start asking, and if she answers on tape, she is terrified that if the tape is released it will be all over the internet and cause her: “unwarranted annoyance, embarrassment, oppression, undue burden and expense.”
Is she serious? She is worried about a court video?
What about the embarrassment of her antics out in public sans panties or a bra? No one has forgotten about her past self-destructive behaviors. If she thinks her testimony will be damaging to her reputation… well that is just ridic! What about the porn, nude magazine spreads, radio show confessions, kissing your girlfriend in front of the paps…?
She should be spending time trying to focuse on what is left of her “career” as it’s practically over.
