Mel B And Hubby Involved In Airport Fracas
A man was arrested at Heathrow airport in London today for freaking out on Mel B, her hubby Stephen Belafonte and a posse of photographers.
The incident happened this afternoon when Mel, Stephen and their baby arrived at Heathrow and were welcomed by some photographers. When they were leaving, some unknown man walked up to them and started talking to Belafonte. Words were exchanged between the two and then all of a sudden the guy did the freak, and yelled something along the lines of : “I’ll get a knife and stab you” at Belafonte.
Apparently when one of the photographers asked the man to leave them alone this sent the man into more of a rage and he then turned and began to attack the photog, pulling at his clothes and trying to punch him out.
Mel, Stephen, the baby and the photographers all went back into the airport to find help. A group of officers then arrived and arrested the upset man.
The police were able to obtain statements from the photographers and intend to get some from Mel B and her husband as well.
