Paula Abdul’s Stalker Found Dead Outside Her Home
A woman found dead in front of Paula Abdul’s house Tuesday night had been a contestant on Season 5 of “American Idol.” Her name is Paula Goodspeed, and after reading her MySpace page it’s very apparent that she was obsessed with Paula Abdul and very upset and rejected over not making it on the show. Check out the picture… kind of disturbing saying that Paula is her secret crush.
Her MySpace hadn’t been updated in quite some time, but in it she blogged about the show rejecting her and described how hard it was to deal with the “awful things” being said about her, “just because I made the mistake of trying out for a singing competition before I was ~even~ ready vocally, emotionally and physically.”
During her audition for the show she claimed to be an artist and said that the first drawing she ever drew was of Paula Abdul. The show produced a 3 minute and 40 second clip on Goodspeed which revealed her passion for Paula.
Ryan Seacrest stated as she was told she would not be moving further along in the competition :
“And the love affair is over.”
Well it definitely is over now. May she rest in peace.
Apparently she had overdosed in front of Paula Abdul’s home previously, despite many people trying to get her the medical help she needed, her mental condition deteriorated and her death is a tragic example of a stalker obsession gone terribly wrong.
